We aim to get back to you with an honest evaluation and offer as quickly as possible — often within a few days for smaller collections. Larger or more complex collections may occasionally take a little longer to assess properly.
The timeframe also depends on how the collection information is shared with us. For example, a scanned collection in ManaBox is usually much quicker to review than a CSV file or a set of images that requires back-and-forth clarification.

Not at all — our offers are completely non-binding, and it’s entirely up to you whether you want to accept. If you’re not happy with our initial offer, just let us know. We’re always happy to discuss it further and see whether we can reach an agreement.
